This application has been opposed by learned counsel for non-applicant. However, from the reasons stated in the application, particularly, inability of this applicant to undertake journey to Pune from Akola all by herself and difficulty of father of the applicant in giving her company during such journey because of the nature of his job in the State Transport Corporation, I am of the view that the factor of convenience in the instant case goes in favour of the applicant. Even otherwise, it would be convenient for the non-applicant also that the Pune case is tried by Akola Court for the reason that in any case the non-applicant is required to go to Akola frequently to attend the proceedings filed under the Domestic Violence Act by the applicant against him in Akola Court.

2408 MCA 1029-2015 2/2 In view of above, this application is allowed. It is directed that the Misc. Civil Application No. 92/2015 along with the petition for grant of divorce, be transferred with immediate effect from the Court of Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Pune to the Family Court, Akola. Parties to bear their own costs.
