The statements of facts made in Civil Application Nos.2903 and 2905 of 2014 remain uncontroverted. Hence, the delay in filing the application for substitution is condoned and the abatement, if any, is set aside. The applicants are permitted to substitute their names in place of deceased petitioner on record. The substitution is granted as the cause of action survives despite the death of the original petitioner. The amendment should be carried out within a period of two weeks.
