OCTOBER 8, 2025 The petitioners approached this Court with a prayer to investigate into the complaint dated 26.12.2024 against the police officers who have allegedly tortured and abused the petitioners.

Learned A.P.P. submits that cognizance of the complaint has been taken and inquiry was conducted. Result of the inquiry is that the allegations made by the petitioners were found to be not true.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will take recourse to the remedy as is available in law against the report as also other remedies as are permissible in law. 4.

We grant liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
