This is an application for grant of leave to file appeal, filed on behalf of the applicant-appellant. Notice was issued on this application on 30.06.2017. The respondent no.1-claimant is served while the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are represented by Mr. M.A. Kadu, learned AGP.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this application is allowed as the applicantappellant being an acquiring body, is an interested person on the question of quantum of compensation payable to the respondent no.1-claimant.

Civil Application No.4213/2017 This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. Notice on this application was issued on 30.06.2017. The respondent no.1-claimant is served while the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are represented by Mr. M.A. Kadu, learned AGP. For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and

Civil Application No. 4214/2017 In this application also, notice was issued on 30.06.2017. The respondent no.1-claimant is served while the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are represented by Mr. M.A. Kadu, learned AGP. It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant that the entire amount in terms of order dated 30.06.2017 has been deposited in this Court. Hence the interim order dated 30.06.2017 is confirmed and this application is disposed of.
