DATED : SEPTEMBER 13, 2019 At the outset, Mr. Dabale, learned counsel for applicant, submits that he wishes to withdraw present application since charge-sheet is filed during the pendency of present application. Mr. Dable further submits that liberty be granted to file bail application afresh before the trial Court.

In view of above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file bail application afresh before the trial Court, in view of filing of charge-sheet, which is a change in the circumstance.

It is made clear that this Court has not considered the present application on its own merit.
