For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the respondents No.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court, subject to furnishing usual undertaking. The balance amount shall be invested in a nationalized bank during pendency of the appeal. The application is disposed of.
