DATE : June 04, 2018 By these applications, it is prayed that the legal heirs of appellant be permitted to be brought on record. The reason for the cause of delay is mentioned in paragraphs 3 to 5 of Civil Application No.1162/2017. The prayer for condoning delay is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents. However considering the reasons mentioned in the application which are found to be acceptable, the delay stands condoned. The legal heirs of the appellant are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within period of one week.
