This application is filed by the original accused challenging the order passed by the Revisional Court confirming the order of the Magistrate about issuance of process. During pendency of this application, the parties have arrived at compromise vide terms of settlement dated 08.03.2022.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondent (complainant) agreed that as per term of settlement, the entire amount has been received and he would withdraw the pending criminal complaint and therefore, learned Counsel for the applicants requested for disposal of this application.

The terms of settlement are taken on the record and in view of the terms of settlement, the application stands disposed of.
