Heard Shri P.S. Patil, learned learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri B.M. Lonare, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 3 and Shri A. Deshpande, learned counsel for respondent No. 2.

An additional affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. The petitioner is present because of orders dated 02.05.2016 passed by this Court. After hearing Shri Patil, Shri Deshpande, learned counsel and Shri Lonare, learned AGP for respective parties, we find that due to Resolution passed by Respondent No. 2 on 15.03.2016 and facts noted therein, the challenge raised in present writ petition is rendered infructuous. With liberty to the petitioner to question said Resolution dated 15.03.2016 in appropriate jurisdiction as per law, we dispose of the present writ petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
