The Writ Petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties, on the following terms :- (i) The Education Officer to grant provisional approval to the promotion of the petitioner on the post of Headmistress. (ii) The petitioner would continue to receive the salary that is drawn by the petitioner while she continues to work as a Headmistress provisionally, till the Appeal filed by the Headmaster bearing Appeal No. 24/2016, is decided. (iii) No costs.
