The civil application seeks stay of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Joint Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Washim.

Shri M.A. Kadu, learned counsel for the appellants, upon instructions, undertakes to deposit the amount of compensation within one week, accepting which statement, the civil application is allowed in terms of its prayer clause (a), subject to the aforesaid deposit. No order as to costs.
