DATE : 06/10/2022 The present application is filed for reducing the costs which was imposed by this Court vide order dated 20/09/2022. By the said order 50,000/- was imposed on the appellant. However, it is requested that considering the age of the appellant, the costs imposed be reduced to 5000/-. In fact, there is no ground to reduce the costs except the age of the appellant. In view thereof, I pass the following order.

The costs imposed vide order dated 20/09/2022 is reduced to Rs.10,000/- to be deposited within two weeks.

The application stands disposed of.
