DATED : 25-03-2025 The learned Counsel for petitioner, restricts his claim to prayer clause (a) which seeks a direction to the learned Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur, to decide the SA No. 27/2023 filed by the petitioner within a stipulated period of time. Mr. Tidke, learned Counsel for respondent No.1 does not have any objection if a direction is given in view of which, the petition is disposed off by directing the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur to decide SA 27/23 within a period of eight weeks from today.
