Earlier, by judgment dated 25/07/2019, this Court had directed the respondent to pay the amount of compensation to the claimants / appellants at the rate of Rs.3000 Per Sq.Ft and Rs. 2000/- per Sq.Ft for the constructed area along with the interest and statutory benefit.

Respondent/Acquiring Body has not challenged the said judgment and decree and have deposited an amount of Rs. 44,82,404/- in this Court. rkn

Let the amount of Rs. 44,82,404/- along with the interest be withdrawn by the appellant. 6.
