By this application, the appellant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in filing appeal against the judgment and award of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal passed in M.A.C.P. No.132 of 2013 dated 6.3.2019.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

Mr. Shahrukh Shah, learned counsel waives notice for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Appellant to serve the notice to the respondent Nos.1 and 4.

By this application, the appellant is seeking dispensing of filing of certified copy of judgment and award in M.A.C.P. No.132 of 2013. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that against the same award another appeal is filed bearing No.1318 of 2019 which is tagged along with this application. Certified copy is already filed in that appeal.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, filing of certified copy of judgment and award passed in M.A.C.P. No.132 of 2013 is dispensed with.

Civil Application (CAF) No.32 of 2023 is disposed of.
