Heard.

Prayer is to continue the interim relief that was operating pending disposal of the first appeal. It is stated that the applicant/appellant has initiated steps for approaching the Supreme Court of India. The prayer is opposed by learned counsel for non-applicant No.1/respondent on the ground that sufficient time was already granted. It is also submitted that a money decree has been passed which has been confirmed by this Court.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, interim protection, operating during pendency of the appeal, shall continue to operate for a period of four weeks from today.
