Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

A limited prayer is made to direct the respondent Nagpur Improvement Trust, to decide the application dated 06.07.2023 (page 13).

Be that as it may, since it is stated that till date the said application is not decided, we hereby direct the respondent to decide the application dated 06.07.2023, in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of this order before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision taken, be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
