The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order of transfer of petitioner from Kamtha beed to Kathi beed, impugned in this petition has been withdrawn on 19.08.2019. Hence, grievance of petitioner against this transfer order does not survive. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition.

In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
