It is submitted that due to inadvertent mistake in Civil Application No. 1955/2022, the wrong figure is appearing in the order dated 30/08/2022. I have gone through the copy of Civil Application No. 1955/2022. Though in the prayer, the figure of the cheque amount is wrongly mentioned, however, on perusal of the copy of the cheque, it appears that the amount ought to be Rs.69,73,324/-. Thus, application is allowed. 3.

Necessary correction in Clause No.2 be carried out by substituting the figure "Rs.34,16,383/-" with "Rs.69,73,324/-". Application stands disposed of. 4.

Registry is directed to accept the cheque.
