It is submitted that the decree holders have filed execution proceedings vide Regular Darkhast No.84 of 2013 and the decree is likely to be executed. Hence for the present if the applicants deposit 50% of the decreetal amount with the District Court within period of four weeks from today, execution of the impugned decree shall remain stayed till the application for stay is considered by the Appellate Court. Order accordingly.
