By this application, the applicant has prayed for correction of criminal case number mentioned in the judgment and order dated 25-8-2014 of this Court pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gondia as Misc. Criminal Case No. 93 of 2013 instead of Misc. Criminal Petition No. 208 of 2013 as stated in paragraph nos. 2 and 8 of the judgment.

Having considering the fact that this being a typographical error, application is allowed.

Misc. Criminal Petition No. 208 of 2013 as mentioned in paragraph nos. 2 and 8 of the judgment be substituted by mentioning therein Misc. Criminal Case No. 93

2 appp1155.14 of 2013.

Necessary corrections be carried out accordingly. The application is accordingly disposed of as allowed.
