This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited by respondent No.8.

Respondent No.8 has deposited Rs.55,94,674/-. The same shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner.

The petitioner shall file an undertaking that he will submit acknowledgement of receipt of respective share or the proof of the deposit of such share in the bank account of the co-sharer.
