This is an application for bail.

The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.1270 of 2016 registered with Hinganghat Police Station, District Wardha for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) and 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The investigating officer has already completed entire investigation and has already filed the charge-sheet before the Court of law. The applicant is arrested on 31.8.2016. Since the charge-sheet is already filed and there is no possibility of commencement of Trial against the present .....2/-

ba809.17 7 applicant in near future, in my view, further custodial presence of the applicant is not warranted. Hence, I pass the following order:

ORDER

i) The criminal application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Ankush @ Somya Mahadeo Salame be released on bail on his executing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with two solvent sureties of the like amount in connection with Crime No.1270 of 2016 registered with Hinganghat Police Station, District Wardha for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) and 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

iii) The applicant shall not pressurize the victim or any of the prosecution witnesses.

iv) With this, the criminal application is disposed of.
