Shri Anand Jaiswal, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner fairly submits that as the points raised by the petitioner in the petition are taken into consideration in the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Common Cause (A Regd. Society) .v. Union of India and others (reported in 2017(2) SCALE, 169), the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum by keeping all the points open. Permission granted.

The Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
