Considering the facts of the case and as the petitioner does not want to prosecute the contempt petition as her grievance is redressed, notice issued to the respondent No. 1 in Form I of the Rules framed under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. is discharged. However, the respondent No. 1 shall deposit Rs. Ten Thousand with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and produce receipt of it on record of this contempt petition till 16.08.2019.
