The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, has filed pursis dated 04.03.2024 stating therein that the petitioner does not want to prosecute the present writ petition as the respondent Committee has issued him caste validity certificate and as such, the petition stands infructuous. He thus wants to withdraw the writ petition.
