Civil Application No.1411/2023 is filed for setting aside abatement in bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2 and Civil Application No.1409/2023 is filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent No.2. Similar applications are made in Cross Objection vide Civil Application No.725/2023 and Civil Application No.726/2023. Parties have no objections to bring legal representatives of respondent No.2 in appeal as well as of applicant in Cross Objection. As such applications are allowed.

Permission is granted to bring legal representatives of respondent No.2 in appeal by setting aside abatement and condonation of delay. Similar applications in Cross objection are also allowed.
