After a prolonged hearing, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant is willing to deposit within ten days an amount of Rs. 4,14,500/- (this amount does not include the disputed amount of Rs. 2,20,000/- as mentioned in paragraph 9 of the prosecution reply) and the applicant will have no objection if this amount is allowed to be withdrawn by the complainant. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that if this amount is deposited by the applicant in this Court,the complainant be allowed to withdraw the amount. 3.

In view of the above, interim bail granted to the applicant on 15th September 2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions provided the applicant deposits in this Court an amount of Rs. 4,14,500/- within ten days from today. If the amount is not deposited by the applicant within the stipulated period, this order shall stand automatically cancelled without reference to the Court. In case the amount is deposited by the applicant in compliance with this order,
