Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Perused the reply of the prosecution and also the case-diary. It is seen that the injured Raju Raut has attributed specific role to this applicant. There are eye-witnesses to the incident, who are also attributing the same to this applicant. It appears that this applicant has prima facie used sword in assaulting the injured. The allegations made against him are of serious nature. Criminal antecedents are also there to the credit of this applicant. Therefore, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

The application stands rejected.
