Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

According to him, by way of an interim order dated 15/05/2024 passed by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bhandara, the appointment of an Administrator was directed, but thereafter, no fruitful steps were taken by the concerned authorities.

Be that as it may, the grievance of the petitioners can very well be redressed by the respondent authorities, if the appropriate application is preferred by the petitioners before the respondent no. 2.

In that view of the matter, if any application is preferred by the petitioners before respondent no. 2 authority, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no. 2 shall decide the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter, in accordance with law. 5.
