For non-removal of office objection, registration was refused by the learned Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 3rd September, 2018. The said order of learned Registrar (Judicial) shows that on the date when the said order was passed none was present on behalf of the applicant.

Thereafter present application for condonation of delay along with application for restoration was filed on 23rd August, 2019 and thereafter SKNair

On 7th January, 2023 when the matter was listed and thereafter on 27th January, 2023 none appeared on behalf of the applicant.

Thus, in the above referred backdrop, it appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the present application. Accordingly, the application is rejected for want of prosecution.
