This Court has still not issued notices in the matter. We find that after impugned order dated 27.4.2016, the petitioner has not made proper representation. The question is what was the number of sanctioned teaching staff in academic year 2014-15. Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to make proper representation, we dispose of the petition. If such representation is made within a period of two weeks from today, the respondents shall look into it in accordance with law, within next four weeks.
