The respondents in view of this statement and the order dated 11.03.2022, which records that the Caste Certificate has been issued by the Divisional Caste Certificate Committee, Akola in favour of the petitioner, on the basis of which, since the petitioner has already been reinstated in service, agree to grant continuity in service to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above statement, the petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Needless to
