Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith by consent of learned counsel for the parties considering the limited relief sought.

By way of present petition the petitioners seek direction to the respondent No.3 to expeditiously decide the matter No.RTS-64/Khaparkheda-71/2016-17 within a period of three months.

Considering the history of remanding the matter to lower Authorities, interest of justice would be served if respondent No.3 is directed to decide matter

Shri S. M. Uke, learned Additional Government Pleader to communicate this order to respondent No.3. The respondent No.3 shall fix the date of hearing and shall intimate the same by sending notice to the petitioners and to the respondent No.4.

Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms.

The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
