Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the non-applicant/State.

After grant of interim anticipatory bail to the applicant on 06/09/2016, this applicant along with co-accused appeared before the Sessions Court, Nagpur and applied for grant of regular bail. This application for grant of regular bail has been allowed by the Sessions Court. However, the bail order has been made subject to any other order passed by this Court. Considering the fact that the applicant has already been granted regular bail, there is no need for this Court to pass any further order and accordingly this application is disposed of as infructuous.
