DATE : August 13, 2018 By this application it is prayed that the applicants be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,59,000/- with accrued interest that was deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 14/06/2017. It is submitted that this amount is required to be deposited with the executing Court pursuant to the decree passed in favour of the non-applicants.

The second appeal has been dismissed on 25/07/2017. Hence the applicants are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount with a view to deposit the same before the executing Court.
