In this application prayer of the applicant is to quash the first information report bearing Crime No.50/2023 registered with Koradi Police Station, District Nagpur for the offence punishable under Section 370 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 75, 81 of the Juvenile Justice [Care and Protection of Children] Act, 2015.

It is informed that some of the coaccused have already approached this Court for quashing of the crime vide Criminal Application [APL] No.782/2023 and Criminal Application St. [APL] No.4397/2023.

Issue notice to non-applicants, returnable on 29.11.2023. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant no.1.
