After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time and on a statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that within six months the trial could be concluded if the accused cooperates, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to move a fresh application after seven months, if the trial is not concluded till then.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application with liberty as prayed for. 3.

The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
