Heard Shri R.V. Shiralkar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. N.P. Mehta, learned AGP for the respondent.

As the officer who has committed contempt is not joined as a party, petition is dismissed. However, a perusal of order dated 15.07.2017 shows that Shri S.B. Kulkarni, Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati, has passed that order.

Shri Shiralkar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said officer retired on the day on which he has passed the order.

Issue notice before admission in Suo Motu Contempt to Shri Kulkarni. He shall remain present and file his reply by 19.12.2017.
