By this application, the appellants are seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation, and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 13/01/2022 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in LAC No. 297/2015.

Learned advocate Ms Mallika Babhulkar holding for Mr M.A. Kadu, learned advocate for the appellants submitted that the appellants have deposited the entire amount of compensation. However, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 Mr I.M. Ghongade, submitted that the entire amount of compensation is not deposited by the appellants.

Learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 shall file a calculation sheet and supply a copy of the same to the appellants.

In the meantime, considering the maximum amount is already deposited by the appellants, the effect, operation, implementation, and execution of the impugned judgment and order be stayed till disposal of the appeal. Civil application is disposed of.
