Heard Shri D.P. Thakare, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No. 4.

The grievance in this contempt petition is about the non-compliance of the directions issued by the Court vide orders dated 19/12/2016 and 07/03/2017 in Writ Petition No. 2919/2016.

By the aforesaid orders, this Court directed the respondent No. 3 to submit report within a period of four weeks from the date of order i.e. 07/03/2017. 5.

Shri D.P. Thakare, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No. 4/State submits that the orders have been duly complied with and the report was submitted in the month of May, 2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that the delay of one month for submitting the report is not deliberate.

None present for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is only to the extent that the report has not been submitted as per the order of this Court. Now as per the statement of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the report has been submitted and the copy of the report has also been placed on record. We are satisfied about the due compliance of the order of this Court. 8.

Consequently, nothing survives in the petition and hence, the contempt petition stands disposed of. All pending civil applications are also disposed of accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE *DB
