By this application, appellants are seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 06.05.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.326/2015. 2.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with the accrued interest within eight weeks, the execution, operation and effect of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.326/2015, be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within eight weeks, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 4.
