By this application, Applicant-Insurance Company seeks condonation of 165 days in filing appeal. It is stated that after getting knowledge of the judgment, the counsel applied for certified copies of deposition of the witness. The same was delivered on 9.4.2019. Then proposal was forwarded to Bombay and after receipt of approval, the accompanying appeal was filed. As such, due to administrative reasons, delay is caused in filing appeal.

The averments made in the application are not controverted by the respondents.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 165 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. The office is directed to register the appeal. 4.

Application stands disposed of.
