DATED : SEPTEMBER 05, 2019 This is an application filed on behalf of the respondents No.1 and 2 for extension of time to submit undertaking in terms of order dated 11/01/2019, whereby this Court permitted the said respondents to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- from this Court upon furnishing usual undertaking.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the respondents No.1 and 2 are granted 2 weeks time as last chance to submit usual undertaking in terms of order dated 11/01/2019, passed by this Court for withdrawal of Rs.3,00,000/-. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents No.1 and 2 that a pursis dated 19/03/2019, has been submitted on behalf of the said

1 caf3227.19.odt respondents giving details of the bank account number 508201231000856 of Vijaya Bank, Mohan Nagar Branch, Nagpur, IFC Code VIJB0005082, for facilitating transfer of the aforesaid amount to the account of the respondents No.1 and 2. The office is directed to take into consideration the said details while transferring amount in terms of order passed by this Court.
