This is an application for condonation of delay of 90 days in filing the appeal. The applicant is sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life along with fine for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(f)(n) and 376 (AB) of the Indian Penal Code along with the offence punishable under Sections 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, we are satisfied about the grounds for delay. In view of the above, the delay stands condoned.
