This appeal is in substance for seeking cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted by trial Court in Criminal Bail Application No.2194/2022 along with Criminal Bail Application No.2195/2022 vide its judgment and order dated 13.09.2022. During the course of hearing, the appellant (in person) has stated that already she has filed Criminal MA No.462/2022 in trial Court seeking the same relief of cancellation of pre-arrest bail. It is informed that the said application has been filed on 15.11.2022 in Prity

Since, the same relief is pending for adjudication before trial Court, we disposed of this application with liberty to the applicant to approach this Court, if occasion arises so.
