Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.
Six months' time is granted to file private paper-book. If it is not filed within the stipulated period, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
Since the amount of compensation is meagre i.e. Rs.1,48,500/-, the matter be referred to the LokAdalat, as and when it will be conducted. There is no need to issue fresh notice to the parties. The parties may take note of it.
