This is an application for extension of time to comply the order dated 17.09.2021 passed by this Court. 2.
By this order, the applicant-Bhaskar Waman Gaikwad has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.40,000/- within a period of two months from the date of order. In default, applicant shall undergo simple imprisonment for two months.

In this application, it is stated that due to financial constraints he could not comply the order. It is submitted within 15 days the applicant is ready to deposit the fine amount as directed by this Court.

The applicant is present before the Court. He assures this Court that within 15 days, in any case, he will deposit the amount otherwise he will surrender before the learned Judicial

This statement is accepted. The applicant is permitted to deposit the fine amount of Rs.40,000/- within 15 days from today. It is made clear that if there is failure on the part of applicant to pay/deposit amount of Rs.40,000/-, he shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Warud, District Amravati.
