i] The interim order dated 26.08.2015 passed by this Court is recalled.

ii] In the meantime, none of the wives shall be entitled to receive the pension.

The petition may remain pending but the Trial Court is directed to proceed with the matter Succession Case No.58/2012. As and when the matter is decided, the party shall move this Court for disposal of this petition. 3] Civil application stands disposed of.
