For the reasons stated in the applications and the fact that it is not opposed by the non-applicants inasmuch as the non-applicants have not put in appearance nor filed reply to the applications, delay in filing the appeal is condoned. CAF No.1099/2014 Issue notice, returnable on 24th April, 2015. Until further orders, there shall be interim stay to the execution of the impugned award on the condition that the appellant deposits the entire amount as per the impugned award till 17th April, 2015.
